Process

Antimony selenide (Sb₂Se₃) thin film cells: low-cost, high-efficiency (>10%) photovoltaic materials
CIGS (copper indium gallium selenide) cells: selenium as a key component to improve light absorption efficiency
(3) Phase change memory (PCM)
Se-Te alloys: used for reversible phase change storage materials (crystalline ↔ amorphous resistance switching)
