Cobalt Tantalum Zirconium (CoTaZr) Alloy Target is one of the sputtering targets used in the vacuum coating industry. It is a product obtained by high-purity cobalt, niobium and zirconium through high-vacuum melting to obtain a cast billet, and then processed. It has a specific size and shape of high-purity cobalt-niobium-zirconium material, which is installed on a vacuum coating machine and sputtered into a film.
The nanocrystalline magnetic film obtained by sputtering the CoNbZr alloy target and the polycrystalline film are mainly three kinds of magnetic films: cobalt Co, cobalt-iron CoFe and permalloy NiFe. The non-magnetic isolation layer is a sandwich film layer formed by precious metal materials such as copper Cu. It has an extremely thin overall thickness (about 10nm), a large magnetoresistance effect (more than 10%), a stable single domain state, excellent reversal characteristics, and a reversal field uniformity deviation of <8%. It is an important film material for the production of RAM, MRAM and other storage devices.
