Hastelloy B2 square plate is a nickel-molybdenum alloy (Ni-Mo). It is famous for its excellent resistance to corrosion in reducing media. Hastelloy B2 square plate is made into a flat, rectangular shape by hot rolling or cold rolling. It has precise dimensions and a smooth surface. This makes it easy to machine and install.

 

The typical composition of Hastelloy B2 square plate is about 65% nickel (Ni) and about 28% molybdenum (Mo). It also has a small amount of iron (Fe) and chromium (Cr). It has almost no copper (Cu) or tungsten (W). It is suitable for strong reducing acid environments.
