Inconel 601 square plate

Features of Inconel 601 square plate
Excellent high-temperature performance: Inconel 601 square plate has excellent oxidation and carburization resistance below 1100°C. Aluminum forms a dense alumina (Al₂O₃) layer that slows further corrosion.
Stable mechanical strength: Inconel 601 square plate keeps high tensile strength (about 120 MPa at 815°C) and creep resistance at high temperatures. It is suitable for long-term thermal load conditions.
Chemical corrosion resistance: Inconel 601 square plate resists sulfurization, nitric acid, and most organic acids. But it should be used with caution in reducing acids like hydrochloric acid.
Process adaptability: Inconel 601 square plate can be shaped by laser cutting, water jet cutting, or plasma cutting. Cold working needs high-power equipment. For welding, TIG or laser welding is recommended.
