Seamless Incoloy 800HT tube is a high-performance seamless tube made of nickel-iron-chromium alloy. It is designed for extreme high-temperature and corrosive environments. The addition of stable titanium, aluminum, and carbon elements improves its creep resistance and long-term strength. It can be used in service conditions above 800℃ for a long time. The seamless structure ensures excellent pressure-bearing ability and medium tightness. It is widely used in core parts of petrochemical, nuclear power, and heat treatment industries.
Features of Seamless Incoloy 800HT tube
High-temperature resistance and oxidation resistance: Seamless Incoloy 800HT tube still has stable mechanical properties below 1100℃. The dense chromium oxide layer formed on the surface effectively resists high-temperature corrosion such as sulfidation and carburization.
Excellent mechanical properties: Seamless Incoloy 800HT tube has a tensile strength of more than 450MPa at high temperatures through solid solution strengthening and grain boundary stabilization. Its creep-rupture life is much better than that of ordinary stainless steel.
Chemical compatibility: Seamless Incoloy 800HT tube is resistant to acid and alkali, chloride stress corrosion, and is especially suitable for sulfur-containing oil and gas and molten salt environments.
Process adaptability: Seamless Incoloy 800HT tube supports cold bending, welding (with INCO series welding materials), and heat treatment. It is convenient for integrating into complex systems.
Applications of Seamless Incoloy 800HT tube
In the energy field: Seamless Incoloy 800HT tube is often made into nuclear power evaporator heat transfer tubes and supercritical boiler superheater pipes. It can withstand high-pressure steam above 540℃.
In the chemical processing industry: Seamless Incoloy 800HT tube is used in ethylene cracking furnace tubes and ammonia synthesis conversion furnace parts to resist the erosion of hydrogen and nitrogen compounds.
