Processing technology of ASTM F67 Pure Titanium Wire


Smelting: Usually, a vacuum consumable arc furnace (VAR) is used for melting to ensure the purity of the material.
Drawing and rolling: Through multiple drawing or rolling processes, continuous titanium wire with a diameter range of 0.01-10mm is prepared.
Heat treatment: Annealing treatment is carried out at temperatures above 600°C to optimize the grain structure and improve the ductility and toughness of the material.
