Features of ASTM F67 Pure Titanium Sheet
1. Ultra-high biocompatibility
Passed ISO 10993 biosafety certification, nickel-free and cobalt-free, eliminating allergic reactions.
The surface can be electropolished (Ra≤0.1μm) or hydroxyapatite (HA) coated to promote bone integration.
2. Excellent corrosion resistance
Resistant to physiological fluids, seawater, chlorides, and weak acids and alkalis, with a lifespan of more than 5 times that of stainless steel.
Long-term anti-oxidation temperature ≤300℃ (stable in medical environment).
3. Lightweight and mechanical adaptability
Density 4.5 g/cm³ (60% lighter than steel), elastic modulus 110 GPa (close to human bone), reducing stress shielding effect.
Tensile strength 240-550 MPa (depending on the grade), elongation ≥20%, easy to stamp.
