Preparation and heat treatment process of ASTM F67 Pure Titanium Bar


• Raw materials: Grade 0 titanium sponge → three-stage vacuum consumable arc furnace (VAR) melting → 1100 °C multi-directional forging → finishing rolling → 650 °C vacuum annealing, grain size ASTM 7-9.
• Cold finishing: Ra≤0.2 μm after centerless grinding; straightness ≤0.5 mm/m, can be directly used for CNC turning threads.
• Quick customization: Φ 3-300 mm, length 2500-3500 mm in stock; special sizes delivered within 7 days.
