Powder metallurgy: high-precision tantalum tubes are prepared by pressing and sintering tantalum powder, and then undergoing multiple cold rolling and vacuum annealing treatments.
Electron beam melting: The electron beam melting technology can effectively reduce the impurity content and improve the purity and performance of tantalum tubes.
Cold rolling and annealing: The deformation is controlled by the cold rolling process, and multiple vacuum annealing treatments are performed to optimize the grain structure and mechanical properties of the tantalum tube.

Impurity control: The purity of the tantalum tube is ensured by strictly controlling the content of impurities such as oxygen, carbon, and nitrogen. The oxygen content is ≤80ppm, the carbon content is ≤40ppm, and the nitrogen content is ≤20ppm.
Mechanical properties: Room temperature tensile strength ≥450MPa, elongation ≥25%, Vickers hardness ≥200, with excellent room temperature plasticity and oxidation resistance.
