Yiwu Yitech Trading Co., Ltd. recently exported a batch of performance TZM alloy rods to South Korea. These materials will be used to manufacture cores for semiconductor processing components, incorporating for the first time high-quality Chinese-made materials into the South Korean semiconductor industry. Mo-based TZM alloy is a requisite for semiconductor equipment processing because of its high temp, creep, and corrosion resistance. The TZM alloy rods that were exported have a purity of more than 99.95% with strict control of the impurity levels. The levels of harmful impurities such as iron and silicon are less than 0.003%, to satisfy the manufacturing criterion for advanced process semiconductor components of 7nm tech and below, which will improve the equipment's performance under extreme working conditions. These rods were tested for international semiconductor standard indicators and the South Korean customers' specific requests, and they were fulfilled with flying colors.
