Recently, Yiwu Yitech Trading Co., Ltd. achieved another breakthrough in the field of high-purity refractory metal materials, successfully delivering a batch of high-purity tantalum tubes to a German customer. This collaboration marks a further recognition of the company's product quality in high-end industrial and scientific research applications by the core European market, laying a new milestone for expanding the global special materials supply chain.
Tantalum, as a critical strategic metal with excellent corrosion resistance, high melting point, and good biocompatibility, plays an irreplaceable role in chemical equipment, aerospace, medical implants, and ultra-high vacuum systems. The exported tantalum tubes have a purity of over 99.95%, manufactured using electron beam floating zone melting and multi-pass cold rolling processes. The tubes meet German DIN standards and the customer's specific technical specifications in terms of inner wall surface roughness (Ra≤0.4μm), dimensional tolerance (±0.05mm), and grain structure uniformity. The customer specifically requested a gap element analysis report and corrosion performance test data. Yitech confirmed the product's excellent stability in strong acid environments through glow discharge mass spectrometry and electrochemical testing.
This successful delivery highlights the company's comprehensive capabilities in high-precision processing of high-purity metals. The technical team optimized the annealing process parameters to meet the customer's subsequent welding and bending processing requirements, effectively controlling the recrystallization degree, ensuring that the tubes maintain high strength while possessing good plastic processing performance.
Germany, as a global hub for high-end manufacturing and technological innovation, has extremely rigorous supplier certification processes. Through this collaboration, Yitech not only completed the product delivery but also established a joint quality control mechanism with the customer, regularly exchanging material performance data and discussing process improvements. Notably, this transaction adopted a "phased performance verification" model; the customer confirmed the bulk order only after conducting two months of actual working condition simulation tests on the first batch of samples, demonstrating the deep collaborative relationship based on mutual technical trust between the two parties.
