Features of TZM Molybdenum Alloy Round Bar

 

Ultra-high temperature performance

The melting point is as high as 2610℃, and the working temperature can reach 1200℃ (oxidizing environment) or 1800℃ (inert/vacuum).

The high-temperature strength is better than pure molybdenum, and the addition of Ti (0.5%) and Zr (0.08%) increases the recrystallization temperature.

Excellent creep resistance

The tensile strength remains above 300 MPa at 1000℃, suitable for long-term high-temperature load.

Corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity

Resistant to erosion by molten metals (such as copper and aluminum), with a thermal conductivity of 138 W/(m·K), suitable for hot field components.
