W75Cu25 rod is made of tungsten Copper Alloy (WCu) which are characterized by high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion and high wear resistance combined with excellent electrical conductivity. Using CIP formation, sintered tungsten skeleton and infiltrating copper (silver) technology, large size and special shape products of WCu composites with 6-90% of copper are produced, such as electric contacts, electrode, refractory parts, heat sinks and parts of rocket, We can also produce tungsten copper alloy sheet material, tubing, plate and other small products by mould pressing, extrusion pressing and MIM.

The W75Cu25 tungsten copper rod is made up of 75% tungsten and 25% copper. Tungsten's specific gravity and strong, hard nature coupled with its resistance to softening increases shrikage resistance even more. Hence, there is smaller likelihood of deformation taking place; with the addition of copper, he improves his electrical and thermal conductance. The alloy rod has good machinability which means it can be turned, milled, ground, and shaped into more complex geometries. Also, due to the property of ablation resistance, he can be non-erodably eroded at low high erosion rates. It is oxidizable and considered slowly corrosive chemically, not easily eroded when exposed to high temperature and current.
