Features of Titanium Resistance Wires
1. High temperature resistance and oxidation resistance
The working temperature is as high as 600℃ (pure titanium) ~ 800℃ (titanium alloy), and the short-term temperature resistance can reach 1000℃ (inert atmosphere protection is required).
A dense oxide film (TiO₂) can be formed on the surface to delay further oxidation.
2. Strong corrosion resistance
Resistant to acid (hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid), alkali, seawater, and chloride ion corrosion, and the service life is 2-3 times that of nickel-chromium alloy wire.
Suitable for direct heating in corrosive media (such as an electroplating liquid heater).
3. Controllable resistance characteristics
Resistivity 0.55-1.2 μΩ·m (adjusted according to composition and heat treatment state), and the heating power can be accurately matched through diameter/length design.
Low temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) and good heating stability.
