• Vacuum consumable arc furnace (VAR) + electron beam cooling bed (EB-CHM) double melting to remove high/low density inclusions.
• Hot rolling to Φ1.0–1.6 mm, online peeling Ra≤0.8 μm; final drawing to 0.8–2.4 mm, single deformation ≤25% to ensure uniform wire diameter.
• Bright annealing: 700 °C×1 h vacuum annealing, tensile strength 480–550 MPa, elongation ≥22%.
