Nickel-chromium alloy sputtering target is a functional material with precise resistance characteristics and excellent high-temperature stability. It is a sputtering coating or evaporation source material widely used in precision electronics, high-temperature sensors, thin film resistors, aerospace, energy and other fields.

 

This alloy target can be manufactured in a specific ratio (such as NiCr20wt%, NiCr40wt%, NiCr50wt%) to meet different application requirements.

Nickel-chromium alloy is favored for its good heat resistance, oxidation resistance, high resistivity and stable physical and chemical properties. The preparation process of nickel-chromium alloy target includes raw material preparation, smelting, casting and other steps. A certain amount of atmosphere protection, such as argon, may be added during the smelting process to avoid material oxidation.

 

The characteristics of nickel-chromium alloy target include flat target, special-shaped customized shape, purity of 2N8, 3N, 3N5, size processing according to drawings or other customization.
