Our FeCr sputtering targets are usually used in the thin film coating industry. FeCr alloy targets with different chromium contents are prepared by vacuum induction melting. FeCr alloy targets are usually gray-black in color, and their purity can reach 3N (i.e. 99.9%).

 

FeCr is an important raw material for the production of stainless steel, mainly used in the production of stainless steel, ball bearing steel, tool steel, nitriding steel, heat-resistant steel, quenched and tempered steel, carburizing steel and hydrogen-resistant steel.

 

In thin film coating applications, FeCr alloy coatings can completely replace pure chromium coatings, which can not only eliminate serious pollution problems, save energy and chromium resources, but also form an amorphous structure with better performance than single crystal coatings.
