Seamless Hastelloy C-4 tube
Seamless Hastelloy C-4 tube is a seamless tube made of nickel-chromium-molybdenum (Ni-Cr-Mo) based Hastelloy C-4. By reducing carbon and silicon content and adding titanium, Seamless Hastelloy C-4 tube is much more resistant to sensitization and has better thermal stability. It is suitable for extremely corrosive environments. The seamless process makes the tube's internal structure dense and free of weld defects. It has excellent mechanical properties and consistency.

Features of Seamless Hastelloy C-4 tube
Excellent corrosion resistance: Seamless Hastelloy C-4 tube performs well in both oxidizing and reducing media. It can resist corrosion from hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, chlorides, and high-temperature halogens. It is especially good at resisting stress corrosion cracking below 650°C.
Improved thermal stability: Compared to the early C-276 alloy, Seamless Hastelloy C-4 tube has less carbide precipitation in the heat-affected zone during welding. This is because of its adjusted composition. It is more suitable for high-temperature welding and heat treatment processes.
Superior mechanical properties: Seamless Hastelloy C-4 tube has high strength and good ductility (typical tensile strength is no less than 690 MPa). It can be used in high-pressure and high-stress working conditions.
