The typical composition of Incoloy 825 Nickel Based tube is nickel (38-46%), iron (≥22%), chromium (19.5-23.5%), molybdenum (2.5-3.5%), copper (1.5-3%), and a small amount of titanium (0.6-1.2%). It can be formed by cold or hot working. It is available in both seamless and welded options. It is suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and harsh chemical environments.

Excellent corrosion resistance:
Incoloy 825 Nickel Based tube is highly resistant to sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, and organic acids. It performs well in both reducing and oxidizing media.
The addition of copper improves its resistance to dilute sulfuric acid and sulfurous acid. Molybdenum effectively prevents pitting and crevice corrosion caused by chloride ions.
High-temperature stability:
The titanium stabilization of Incoloy 825 Nickel Based tube helps it resist intergranular corrosion between 500℃ and 800℃. It prevents carbide precipitation.
Excellent mechanical properties:
Incoloy 825 Nickel Based tube has high tensile strength (≥586 MPa) and good ductility. It is suitable for cold forming and has good weldability (TIG, MIG, etc.).
