Hastelloy C22 Nickel Based N06022 tube is a nickel–chromium–molybdenum–tungsten superalloy tube. It is known for its excellent corrosion resistance and high–temperature stability. This tube is made by precision cold rolling or hot extrusion. It has a uniform microstructure and good mechanical properties. It is suitable for extremely corrosive environments. The typical composition of Hastelloy C22 Nickel Based N06022 tube is about 56% nickel, 22% chromium, 13% molybdenum, and 3% tungsten. It also has a small amount of iron and cobalt. It has the ability to resist corrosion in both oxidizing and reducing media.

Hastelloy C22 Nickel Based N06022 tube performs well in chloride, acidic (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid) and mixed media. It has a much better ability to resist pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking (SCC) than 316L and C276 alloys.

Hastelloy C22 Nickel Based N06022 tube can endure oxidative environments (such as nitric acid, chlorinated wastewater) and reducing conditions (such as wet chlorine gas, sulfur dioxide).

High–Temperature Performance:

Hastelloy C22 Nickel Based N06022 tube can keep strength in a wide temperature range from -196°C to 600°C. It can also withstand a short–term high temperature of 1090°C and has excellent oxidation resistance.

Fabrication and Welding:
