Inconel 601 Nickel Based tube is a high-performance nickel-chromium-iron based high-temperature alloy. It is strengthened by adding aluminum (Al) and silicon (Si) to improve its oxidation and carburization resistance. The tube is made by precision rolling or cold drawing. It has excellent mechanical strength and machinability. It is suitable for extreme high-temperature and corrosive environments. Its typical composition is nickel (58%-63%), chromium (21%-25%), iron (the rest), with a small amount of aluminum (1.0%-1.7%) and copper (≤1.0%).

Features of Inconel 601 Nickel Based tube

Strong corrosion resistance: Inconel 601 Nickel Based tube has significant resistance to sulfidation, nitridation and chloride stress corrosion cracking (Cl-SCC).

Excellent mechanical properties: Inconel 601 Nickel Based tube still has high strength and creep resistance at high temperatures. Its tensile strength can reach ≥600 MPa (at room temperature).

Good process adaptability: Inconel 601 Nickel Based tube supports welding and cold forming. But it is necessary to avoid the intermediate temperature sensitization range (500°C - 800°C) to prevent intergranular corrosion.
