The exported molybdenum ion components are mainly used in high-tech fields such as semiconductor ion implantation equipment and high-energy physics experimental devices, requiring nano-level precision in material purity, dimensional stability, and surface cleanliness. These components utilize a composite process of powder metallurgy and precision machining, fully complying with the German VDI 3400 standard in terms of porosity control (≤0.5%), grain refinement (average grain size ≤15μm), and vacuum degassing treatment. The customer specifically requested thermal deformation data of the components under high-temperature conditions. The company, through a combination of finite element analysis and actual testing, confirmed that the product maintains structural integrity at 1200°C.
This delivery demonstrates the company's systematic capabilities in refractory metal processing. The technical team, addressing the special requirements of ion implantation equipment for component vacuum performance, innovatively developed a multi-stage polishing process. Through a combination of electrolytic polishing and plasma cleaning, the surface of the components has been customized to meet the specific requirements of German customers. The surface has been created with a roughness less than Ra 0.2μm and with extremely low outgassing. The documentation has been created in accordance with the German order for complete documentation to show compliance with the German Order and ISO 9001.
