Niobium powder for metallurgy
Niobium powder is generally prepared by powder unmetallurgical method, with a dark gray appearance, which is used for processing raw materials and the production of welding electrodes. According to the different requirements of the product, niobium powder is divided into three grades: FNb-1, FNb-2 and FNb-3. FNb-1 and FNb-2 niobium powder should pass through a 150um (100 mesh) sieve hole, and FNb-3 niobium powder should pass through a 180um (80 mesh) sieve hole.
Niobium-zirconium alloy
An alloy composed of metal zirconium metal added to niobium metal. Zirconium mainly exists in the state of solid solution in niobium alloy, when there is trace amount of carbon or trace amount of carbon is added, there is a small amount of carbide and oxide diffuse precipitation, so niobium zirconium makes the alloy have high strength and good plastic processing performance, good oxidation resistance and alkali metal corrosion resistance.
Niobium pentoxide
The niobium oxide prepared by liquid-liquid extraction method is white or light yellow powder, which is used for the production of niobium powder, niobium bars and ceramic capacitors. According to the different requirements and chemical composition, the products are divided into three grades: FNb2O5-1, FNb2O5-2, and FNb2O5-3.
