Titanium zirconium molybdenum tube (TZM) has the advantages of a high melting point, high strength, good thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in component electron tubes, heating high-temperature furnaces, thermocouple protection tubes in high-temperature furnaces, grid plates and cathode support tubes of high-power electron tubes, sputtering targets, and supports in sapphire single-crystal furnaces and high-temperature sintering furnaces.
