Molybdenum TZM Square Plate
TZM is a molybdenum-based alloy that plays a big role in industries that require high strength and high temperatures, and is well suited to work in the 700-1400°C range. The manufacture of TZM Square Plate mainly adopts powder metallurgy process or vacuum arc casting process, which usually contains 0.5% titanium, 0.08% zirconium and 0.03% carbon, and the rest is composed of molybdenum.
Through the addition of a small amount of metal zirconium and titanium, the alloy has high strength and creep resistance. It should be noted that Molybdenum TZM Square Plate are subjected to alkali cleaning and annealing after each rolling.
