Each roll weighs 5 kg or 15 kg, with a diameter tolerance within ±0.02 mm. It feels slightly heavier than the steel wire of the same specification. The entire roll is vacuum-sealed in a plastic bag and placed in a moisture-proof drum. The lid is labeled with the batch number, diameter, net weight, and ingredient list. It can be opened and used directly on the welding machine without additional drying.

Its primary composition is cobalt, with approximately 30% chromium, 10% tungsten, and a small amount of carbon. These elements ensure its strength even at high temperatures. The wire surface is clean and oil-free, feeding smoothly without gun clogging. The arc is stable, spatter is minimal, and the weld seam is smooth, resembling a silver-gray "armor" coat. After cooling, it can be turned or polished with standard carbide tools without chipping.
