Introduction Of Mo-La Alloy Coiled Wire
Lanthanum molybdenum alloy, also known as rare earth molybdenum alloy or molybdenum doped with La2O3, is made of dimolybdenum powder and mixed with a certain amount of lanthanum nitrate solution (the weight ratio of lanthanum oxide content is 0.2% ~ 0.8%) to form a powder and then dried.
The manufacture of Mo-La Alloy Coiled Wire is made by reducing, pressing, sintering, annealing, drawing, cutting, and polishing the mixed molybdenum powder doped with lanthanum oxide. It has better resistance than pure molybdenum wire Creep properties (shape stability), higher recrystallization temperature, stronger weldability, and lower production costs.
Mo-La Alloy Coiled Wire is very suitable for the wire-cut electric discharge industry, lighting industry, glass fiber industry, and electronic engineering, etc., and can also be used to produce internal parts of bulbs, high-temperature heat shields, annealing filaments, electrodes, high-temperature containers, and microwave magnetrons pipe components, etc.
Features Of Mo-La Alloy Coiled Wire
1. Creep resistance. Thermal change does not exceed 5.0 × 10⁻⁶/℃ and can withstand thermal mechanical stress at 1700℃, preserves structure and remains organs under control, and is suitable for extreme temperature environments.
2. Conductivity. While conductivity of pure molybdenum is approximately 53% IACS. Mo-La alloys exhibit slightly reduced conductivity because of doping but remain better than some high-temperature alloys, making them suitable for use as heating elements.
3. Antioxidant properties. Oxidation resistance properties are good. The requirements are met. Oxidation and over 1200°C is <0.1mg/cm²·h. Suitable for corrosive environments in metallurgy and the chemical industry.

Applications Of Mo-La Alloy Coiled Wire
Mo-La Alloy Coiled Wire takes advantage of high strength and low-density features for reducing the weight of the winding wheel which increases operational sensitivity. Metal organic chemical vapor deposition utilizes a heating element that assures the growth stability of the epitaxial sheet. Other applications include high-temperature sintering of semiconductors and powder metallurgy, like tungsten powder and tungsten carbide sintering.
