The Manufacturing Process of Medical Pure Titanium Sheet

Gr1: O≤0.18%, σb≥240 MPa, δ≥24%; Gr2: O≤0.25%, σb≥345 MPa, δ≥20%; total impurity content ≤0.4%, ensuring the absence of Ni, Al, V and other potentially toxic elements.

Grade 0 titanium sponge → triple vacuum arc melting → 1100 ℃ multi-directional forging → cold rolling → 750 ℃ vacuum annealing (M state), grain size ASTM 7-9 grade, Ra≤0.08 µm.
