The ball valve operates by rotating around the valve stem to achieve pipeline control. Structural features include a bidirectional sealing design, rapid opening and closing capabilities of 0.05-0.1 seconds, and the ball valve's superior ability to withstand high differential pressures. The V-shaped opening structure also expands flow regulation capabilities. Produced through a vacuum sintering process, the valve boasts a WC content exceeding 92%, resulting in high hardness, wear resistance, and impact resistance. It can operate stably and long-term in high-temperature and high-pressure environments, making it widely used in cryogenic and high-temperature pipelines and underground oil and gas pipeline networks.
