Titanium Grade 11 Flange
Flange is the most commonly used pipe sealing connection, generally made of titanium alloy, zirconium alloy or nickel alloy.
Titanium Grade 11 Flange is made from titanium-palladium corrosion-resistant alloy through powder metallurgy process. It has a series of excellent properties of titanium, such as high specific strength, high ductility, high temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance, wear resistance, environmental protection and durability, etc.
There are three common types of Titanium Grade 11 Flange: blind flanges, threaded flanges and lapped flanges. Threaded flanges are often used for pipe connections in chemical and seawater desalination equipment, while lapped flanges can be widely used in pharmaceuticals industry, textile industry and pulp and paper industry, can rotate the automatic docking bolt hole.
Titanium Grade 11 Flange can exert excellent performance in high-pressure and highly corrosive environments, effectively preventing leakage of the transported medium and intrusion of external substances. It is often used in pipeline transportation systems in the petrochemical industry.
