Description of Titanium Gr11 Foil

Titanium palladium alloy is the most commonly used corrosion-resistant alloy in titanium alloys. The addition of palladium can enhance the corrosion resistance of titanium alloys in a medium with high chloride ion concentrations.

Titanium Gr11 Foil is often made of titanium palladium alloy material through rolling, stretching, cutting, and polishing, and other multi-process processes, with high strength, low density, excellent corrosion resistance, high plasticity, light weight, high temperature resistance, good biocompatibility, low elastic modulus, good electrical conductivity, and cost-effective characteristics.

The manufacturing process of Titanium Gr11 Foil

• Raw materials: 0-grade titanium sponge + Pd foil coating → secondary vacuum arc melting → 1100 ℃ multi-directional forging → hot rolling 6 mm → cold rolling 0.02–0.1 mm foil → 650 ℃ vacuum annealing for 1 h, grain size ASTM 8–10, Ra≤0.2 μm.
• Width: ≤600 mm; coil weight 5–100 kg, can be trimmed or slit online.
