The Manufacturing Process of Titanium Gr7 Foil
• Raw materials: Grade 0 titanium sponge + Pd foil coating → three-stage vacuum arc melting → 1100 ℃ multi-directional forging → hot rolling 3 mm → cold rolling 0.01-0.1 mm → 650 ℃ vacuum annealing, grain size ASTM 8-10, Ra≤0.2 μm.
• Limit size: thickness 0.01-0.2 mm, width 10-600 mm, coil weight 5-100 kg.
