Titanium Gr7 Seamless Pipe is a titanium-palladium alloy product with light weight, high strength, low thermal expansion coefficient, high temperature resistance, fatigue resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, good processing performance, long service life, good biocompatibility, and non-magnetic features.
Titanium Gr7 Seamless Pipe can be used in alloy fittings and pipes in the pharmaceutical industry, outlet ducts and chimney linings for power plants, pulp and paper bleaching plants, sulfur dioxide scrubbers, pharmaceutical and food processing equipment components and in less corrosion-resistant metals welding cover.

Features of Titanium Gr7 Seamless Pipe
1. Super corrosion resistance
Resistant to reducing acids: In non-oxidizing acids such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid, the corrosion resistance is more than 10 times that of pure titanium (Gr2).
Chloride ion corrosion resistance: The addition of palladium (Pd) significantly inhibits pitting and crevice corrosion (such as seawater and brine pipelines).
High temperature corrosion resistance: It is still stable in acidic or alkaline media above 200°C (such as geothermal fluids).
2. Mechanical properties are equivalent to pure titanium
Tensile strength ≥ 345 MPa, elongation ≥ 20%, and excellent welding performance (argon protection is required).
Plasticity is slightly lower than pure titanium (due to the solid solution strengthening effect of Pd).
3. Lightweight and non-magnetic
Density 4.5 g/cm³ (only 57% of stainless steel), suitable for weight reduction scenarios.
Non-magnetic, compatible with MRI equipment (such as medical implant delivery tubes).
