Yttrium is a rare earth element with an atomic number of 39 and unique electronic structure and physical properties. As an important member of the rare earth family, yttrium has important applications in superconducting materials, solid-state lasers and semiconductors becasue of its unique optoelectronic properties and chemical stability.
Pure yttrium sputtering target is made of high-purity yttrium metal. The color of yttrium target is silvery white metallic color, the density is 6.49g/cm3, and the melting point is 1852°C.
In the sputtering coating process, pure yttrium sputtering target is used to deposit yttrium films, which are widely used in many fields becasue of their unique properties. Yttrium target is mainly used for thin film deposition in microelectronics and semiconductor manufacturing. Yttrium target is used through magnetron sputtering technology to form high-quality anti-reflective and light-transmitting films on the surface of optical devices.
