The Haynes 25 (UNS R30605) superalloy is distinguished by its superior resistance to oxidation above 1100°C, as well as hot corrosive environments and continuous mechanical stress. It is commonly found in aircraft engine combustors, components of a nuclear reactor, and certain high-range industrial furnace equipment. The capillary tubes exported in this instance have a length of 3.2mm and a diameter of 0.5mm, and can extend up to 6 meters long. The set must adhere to the stringent standards dictated by ASTM B619, including grain size ≤8 and surface roughness Ra ≤0.4μm.
The Portuguese company's purchasing manager stated, "This batch of capillary tubes will be used in the manufacture of core components for new hydrogen energy burners and must withstand 20,000 hours of high-temperature hydrogen environments without failure. The material provided by YITECH has passed a 1000-hour accelerated corrosion test conducted by a third-party testing agency, demonstrating 15% performance improvement over similar EU products while offering a 22% lower unit price."
