How to choose the thickness and state (hard/soft state) of molybdenum strip?
A:Hard state (Y): high hardness, high strength, suitable for structural support parts (such as high-temperature furnace brackets).

Soft state (M): good ductility, suitable for subsequent stamping and bending processing (annealing treatment is required).

Thickness selection:

0.1~0.5mm: used for flexible heating belts and electronic components.

1.0~2.0mm: used for load-bearing parts (such as sintering boats).

 

Can the width and length of molybdenum strips be customized?

A:The width (up to 500mm or more) and length (coil or straight strip) can be customized, but ultra-wide widths require special rolling equipment, which is more expensive.
