Common types of molybdenum parts in furnaces 


1. Molybdenum heating element: As a resistance heating element, molybdenum heating element is used in sapphire crystal growth furnace and silicon carbide sintering furnace, and can work at a temperature of 1800-2200℃.
2. Molybdenum heat shield: used for thermal radiation shielding to protect other parts from direct thermal radiation, suitable for single crystal silicon growth furnace and vacuum heat treatment furnace, with an operating temperature range of 1600-2000℃.
3. Molybdenum crucible: As a container for molten materials, it is used in rare earth smelting, precious metal purification and other processes, and can withstand temperatures of 1600-1900℃.
4. Molybdenum guide rail/bracket: carries moving parts, suitable for powder metallurgy sintering furnace and CVD equipment, with an operating temperature of 1400-1800℃.
5. Molybdenum electrode: used for electric auxiliary heating, such as glass electric melting furnace, special ceramic sintering, etc., with an operating temperature of 1500-1700℃.
