Copper tungsten is a quasi-alloy consisting of tungsten and copper. The casting method cannot be applied to the fabrication of copper tungsten composites since the melting temperature of tungsten is 3042℃. However, extensive CuW composites are made with our advanced infiltration technique which gives them remarkable attributes.
