Description of Premium Tungsten Carbide Plate
Tungsten carbide plate (also known as tungsten steel alloy or tungsten carbide alloy plate) is an industrial metal material primarily composed of tungsten carbide. This plate-like product is primarily used in hardware manufacturing and standard stamping dies. Produced through a powder metallurgy process, it is commonly available in forms such as thin sheets, bars, nozzles, and seals. It can be hot-rolled or cold-rolled into specialized components such as tungsten plates and tungsten electrode plates. It is widely used in the electronics industry, motor components, LED lead frames, and metal cutting equipment. This material offers high density, high hardness (HRA ≥ 89.5), and wear resistance. Its mechanical strength is approximately three times that of ordinary steel, and its compressive strength is ≥ 4000 MPa. Its unique properties include high-temperature stability up to 500°C, thermal shock resistance, and acid and alkali corrosion resistance, maintaining high hardness at 1000°C. Produced using a vacuum sintering process, it supports custom processing according to drawings and is suitable for multi-station progressive dies, wear-resistant tools, and high-temperature furnace equipment.
