Made from high-purity tungsten carbide, they boast a hardness exceeding HRA90, more than three times that of high-speed steel. They effectively resist cutting wear when drilling hard materials like steel, stone, and alloys, extending their service life by 5-8 times compared to conventional wear parts. They also offer excellent impact resistance, resisting chipping and cracking in high-frequency drilling environments. They also maintain stable drilling accuracy, preventing wear-induced hole diameter deviation and reducing workpiece scrap.

 

Three significant benefits arise from our production of tungsten carbide drill wear parts. To manufacture wear parts, we combine tough, wear-resistant materials: raw ultrafine-grained tungsten carbide powder and a cobalt binder of varying proportions. The dense and pore-free interiors of wear parts are produced using low-pressure sintering techniques. For each wear part, precision grinding allows for a tolerance of ±0.01mm to ensure compatibility with different drill bit models. For each batch, we implement rigorous quality control procedures that reliably yield 100% pass rates by conducting hardness testing, wear resistance simulation, and impact integration, maintaining consistent wear parts. To accommodate diverse drilling requirements, we also manufacture wear parts of varying designs, such as flat bottom, pointed teeth, and arcs in a diameter range of φ3mm to φ50mm.
