The raw material is cold isostatically pressed at 200 MPa and solid-phase sintered at 2200°C in a hydrogen-protected sintering furnace to a density ≥18.3 g/cm³. They then undergo multi-pass rotary forging and recrystallization annealing at 1100°C, achieving a grain size of 20–30 μm to ensure both toughness and conductivity. After forming, the outer diameter is fine-ground to a nominal ±0.01 mm using a CNC centerless grinder. The needle tip is then ground using a diamond grinding wheel on a five-axis machine. Angles are selectable at 15°, 20°, or 25°, with a tip roughness Ra ≤ 0.2 μm to ensure smooth cutting. The needle surface can retain its original metallic color, be electrochemically polished to a bright silver sheen, or be black anodized to a matte anti-glare coating. Color variation ΔE between batches is ≤ 1.0. The insulation is made of medical-grade PTFE heat-shrink tubing with a wall thickness of 0.1 mm. It can be cut to length and uniformly shrunk by 280°C hot air, leaving no bubbles or wrinkles. Its withstand voltage is ≥3 kV. Each electrode undergoes eddy current testing before shipment to ensure it is free of cracks. Randomly sampled electrodes undergo a 48-hour 5% NaCl salt spray test, and only those found to be free of rust are released.

5. Immediately dispose of the needle in a puncture-proof container after surgery, treating it as a medical sharp. Do not mix it with regular trash to prevent accidental injury.
