Titanium grade 7 which is a kind of titanium Ti-Pd alloy, that contains trace amounts of palladium, usually 0.1%~0.25% palladium, which can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of titanium alloy, and is also called corrosion-resistant titanium alloy. The standard inlcudes ASTM B265, DIN 3.7235, Titanium grade 7, UNS R52400.

The manufacture of Metal Titanium Sheet has gone through five processing processes of hot forging,hot rolling,cold rolling,annealing and pickling.

Metal Titanium Sheets are stronger than ordinary stainless steel and have many advantages,including high melting point,low elastic modulus,high strength,high ductility, excellent tensile strength,good corrosion resistance and heat resistance,strong weldability,non- magnetic and non-toxic,as well as excellent low temperature resistance.

The most common titanium plates come in two grades: Grade 2 and Grade5.
