High purity Indium Gallium Zinc Oxide (IGZO) is a semiconducting material in the form of compound that occurs indium( In), Gallium (Ga), Zinc (Zn) and Oxygen (O). Achievement is obtained through Low Temperature Fabrication, which consists of Crystallization using a reaction with Transition metal catalyctic layer IGZO thin film transistors (TFTs).

High purity Indium Gallium Zinc Oxide (IGZO) claims thin conducting oxides (TCO) . IGZO PVD Targets comprises of 2:1:1 ratio of In2O3, Ga2O3, and ZnO. Due to its low resistivity, IGZO is known for its unique electrical and optical properties these include; good transparency, low evaporate ability, l igh thermal expansion, temperature coefficient, and high ionic conductivity discriminate it from other oxides. Because of these features, IGZO is widely used in displays, touch panels, and solar cells.

IGZO sputter targets are used for thin film deposition, typically for fuel cell, decoration, semiconductor, display, LED and photovoltaic devices, glass coating, etc. The applications of IGZO thin films include transparent conductive oxide films, LED display, MEMS devices, etc.

Uniform composition: Some preparation processes can make the oxygen content in the target material evenly distributed, so that a uniform IGZO film can be formed during the sputtering process, improving the electrical and optical properties of the film.
