Features of Inconel X-750 straight weld wires

 

Excellent high-temperature performance: Inconel X-750 straight weld wires can keep high strength, oxidation resistance and creep resistance at temperatures up to 700°C (1292°F). They are suitable for welding high-temperature parts like aero-engines and gas turbines.

Strong corrosion resistance: Inconel X-750 straight weld wires have excellent resistance to oxidative media, sulfides and chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC). They are suitable for chemical and marine environments.

Precipitation hardening characteristics: After welding, Inconel X-750 straight weld wires can further precipitate gamma' phase (Ni₃(Al,Ti)) through aging heat treatment (such as two-step aging). This can greatly improve the hardness and fatigue resistance of the welded area.

Wide process adaptability: The straight wire form of Inconel X-750 straight weld wires is easy for automatic wire feeding. The arc is stable. There is little spatter. The weld bead is well-formed. And they are less sensitive to common welding defects such as hot cracking.
