Incoloy 800H straight weld wires

Incoloy 800H is a nickel–iron–chromium high–temperature alloy. Its straight weld wires are designed for welding and cladding applications. They have excellent resistance to high–temperature oxidation, carburization and corrosion. The composition of Incoloy 800H straight weld wires matches the base metal. It contains 32% nickel and 21% chromium. It also has titanium and aluminum. It is suitable for both automatic and manual welding processes. These include TIG, MIG and SAW. It is often used for joining similar or dissimilar materials in high–temperature conditions.

Features of Incoloy 800H straight weld wires

High–temperature stability: Incoloy 800H straight weld wires keep strength above 800°C. They have excellent anti–creep properties. They are suitable for long–term high–temperature jobs like furnace parts.

Corrosion resistance: Incoloy 800H straight weld wires resist acid media, sulfides and chloride stress corrosion. They are suitable for chemical and marine environments.

Oxidation/Carburization resistance: The chromium content forms a protective oxide layer. It prevents carbon migration at high temperatures. Incoloy 800H straight weld wires are suitable for carbon–containing equipment like cracking furnaces.

Process adaptability: Incoloy 800H straight weld wires have a wide range of wire diameters (0.8mm–3.2mm). They have high deposition efficiency. The weld seam is evenly formed. This reduces follow–up processing.
