High-temperature stability: Incoloy 20 square plate can keep its mechanical properties below 600℃. It has better oxidation resistance than 304/316 stainless steel.
Workability: Incoloy 20 square plate has good cold forming and welding properties. It is recommended to use ERNiCrMo-3 welding material. But heat treatment should be avoided to prevent carbide precipitation.
Mechanical properties: The typical tensile strength is at least 550 MPa. The yield strength is at least 240 MPa. The elongation is at least 30%. Incoloy 20 square plate has both strength and toughness.
