Features of Hastelloy X straight weld wires
Good high-temperature performance
Hastelloy X straight weld wires can work for a long time below 1200°C. They can endure up to 1350°C in a short time. They have better oxidation resistance than most nickel-based alloys.
Hastelloy X straight weld wires still have high creep resistance and mechanical strength at high temperatures.
Strong corrosion resistance
Hastelloy X straight weld wires are good against both oxidizing media (like nitric acid and sulfuric acid) and reducing environments (like chlorides and fluorides).
They have excellent resistance to carburization and sulfidation. They are suitable for burning sulfur-containing fuels.
Friendly welding process
