Hastelloy C2000 Nickel Based N06200 tube is an advanced nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy tubing. It is improved in corrosion resistance by adding copper. This tubing is developed from the Hastelloy series. It is designed for extreme corrosive environments. It has excellent oxidation resistance and resistance to localized corrosion like pitting and stress corrosion cracking. It also has good machinability and weldability. The typical composition is nickel (Ni) ≥59%, chromium (Cr) ≈23%, molybdenum (Mo) ≈16%, with a small amount of copper (Cu ≈1.6%) and iron (Fe).
Hastelloy C2000 Nickel Based N06200 tube is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, environmental protection and marine engineering fields. It is suitable for extreme environments such as strong acids, high temperatures and chloride-containing conditions. It is used in reactor piping, heat exchangers, flue gas desulfurization systems and seawater desalination equipment. High-temperature stability:
