Yiwu YiTech Co., Ltd. recently announced that 300 kg of YN15 non-magnetic tungsten carbide plates have been successfully loaded and shipped to Malaysia for a local technology company specializing in semiconductor fixtures. The order is valued at US$50,000.

The qualified hardness and stable non-magnetic features of non-magnetic tungsten carbide plates YN15 (HRA≥86 and magnetic permeability <1.01) make these products ideal for the production of high-precision semiconductor processing equipment and precision instruments. With a thermal expansion coefficient of less than 5.8×10⁻⁶/°C and operating temperature ≥ 800°C, this product has excellent dimensional stability under extreme temperature ranges and retains stability during precision machining. After going through several technical evaluations and sample tests, the Malaysian customer validated the comparative performance of YN15 plates with European and American products. The YN15 plates also provided performance improvements commensurate with the cost differences.

Malaysia, being a key base for the ASEAN semiconductor industry, boasts a high-performance cemented carbide materials annual demand of over 200 tons and 8% compounded annual growth rate. The successful partnership with YITECH TRADING has provided this business with its first reliable supply in the Southeast Asian market and a great starting point for expansion into neighboring countries, including Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
