Description of Cobalt Chromium Molybdenum Metal Alloy Plate

Cobalt-Chromium-Molybdenum or CoCrMo alloys are a Stellite cobalt alloy system. It consists mostly of cobalt with some chromium, molybdenum, and traces of nickel and carbon. CoCrMo resists abrasion and corrosion while being cast, forged, or powder metallurgically processed. Derivation of CoCrMo alloys came from cobalt-chromium binary alloys, transforming into cobalt-chromium-tungsten and finally cobalt-chromium-molybdenum. CoCrMo chrome steamers have an elastic modulus of 220 to 234 GPa, which is significantly higher than that of stainless steel.

We have spent decades developing and producing different types of metal materials, and this allows us to maintain the same quality and performance in every CoCrMo alloy that we create. In addition to the standard plate metal specs, we provide custom sizes, temperatures, and heating services to fulfill the design specifications. Our products also have a proven long lifespan and reliable performance. Collaborating with us will ensure that your project is elevated with the expertise of a capable technical engineer.
